1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing remongeyser.com ("Website") or engaging STELLAR Method services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this Website or Services.

2. SERVICES DESCRIPTION

STELLAR Method provides website performance auditing and consulting services ("Audit Services"). These services include analysis, recommendations, and strategic guidance.

3. NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES

IMPORTANT: All Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

3.1 No Results Guarantee

We do NOT guarantee:
- Any specific increase in traffic, rankings, or revenue
- That implementing recommendations will achieve specific outcomes
- That your website performance will improve to any measurable degree
- Any particular return on investment (ROI)

3.2 Estimates and Projections

Any estimates, projections, or ROI calculations provided are:
- Based on industry research and historical data
- Not guarantees of future performance
- Subject to many variables outside our control
- Provided for informational purposes only

3.3 Your Responsibility

You acknowledge that:
- Website performance depends on numerous factors beyond our recommendations
- Implementation quality affects outcomes
- Market conditions, competition, and algorithms change
- You are solely responsible for implementation decisions
- You accept all risk of implementing recommendations

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

4.1 We are not liable for:

- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or business information
- Any damages arising from use of our Services
- Any damages from implementing recommendations
- Any third-party actions or changes (e.g., Google algorithm updates)

4.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 Our IP: The STELLAR Method framework, audit templates, reports, and analysis remain our intellectual property.

5.2 Your IP: You retain all rights to your website, content, and business data.

5.3 License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our reports for your internal business purposes only.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

6.1 We will keep your business information confidential and not disclose to 
third parties without consent, except:
- As required by law
- To contractors/service providers under confidentiality obligations
- Anonymized data for case studies (with your explicit written consent)

6.2 You agree we may list you as a client (name and industry only) unless you explicitly opt out.

7. PAYMENT TERMS

7.1 Payment is due before Services commence unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.2 Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

8. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate Services with written notice. You remain liable for fees for work completed prior to termination.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

9.1 South African Clients:

These Terms are governed by South African law. Disputes shall be resolved in Johannesburg, South Africa.

9.2 EU Clients:

EU consumer protection laws apply where relevant. Disputes may be resolved through EU dispute resolution mechanisms.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
