Research Executive working on Fortune 500 brands across both qualitative and quantitative research. Learned how to analyze complex consumer behavior data and translate it into actionable insights. Worked with Unilever, Coca-Cola, Nestlé, and dozens of other global brands.

Creative Research Startup
I joined a crowdsourcing startup as Research Lead to disrupt traditional research methodologies. Created innovative research products and piloted them with Fortune 500 companies globally. This is where I started seeing patterns across industries and geographies.
2016-2020
delvv.io & BigTeam Co-Founder
Founded delvv.io, a platform for crowdsourcing marketing and advertising professionals to provide feedback on creative development. Winner of IIeX EU Innovation Awards, represented Africa at Startup World Cup in San Francisco, FNB Business Innovation Award finalist. Worked with Fortune 500 companies in 40+ countries across 6 continents. This evolved into BigTeam, a software platform that was acquired by Mailchimp in 2020. As Product and Innovation Lead, I was responsible for conceptualizing the platform, designing UX/UI, managing developers, integrating AI/ML tools, and selling to early adopters. This is where I learned that execution matters as much as strategy.

Frenzii Creative Agency & Independent Consulting
After the Mailchimp exit, I shifted focus to marketing performance consulting, leading Frenzii's transformation from a full-service production house to a strategy-first consulting studio. I realized that most businesses were hemorrhaging revenue not because they lacked expertise, but because their experts weren't coordinated. I developed the STELLAR Method to solve this integration problem.
